Born and raised in Bridgetown, Western Australia, Mrs Tianna Reeve (Webb) began dancing at the age of 3 at the Studio of Classical & Contemporary Dance, Manjimup.
She was trained under the guidance of Melissa Forte (White), and later, Amy Martin (Barningham).

She furthered her dance training in 2015, after being accepted into a full time/part time dance program at Dynamic Performing Arts in Perth. This program offered her the opportunity to work with many well known teachers and choreographers, including, the late, internationally acclaimed ballerina, Lucette Aldous; her daughter and professional dancer, Floeur Alder; co-director and founder of L'academie de danse, Genevieve McCourt; and Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examiner, Suzanne Arrigo.

In 2016, Miss Tianna successfully auditioned for Perth City Ballet's (PCB) season of Don Quixote, directed by Diana Waldron, OAM. PCB gave Miss Tianna the opportunity to dance alongside many professional artists, including retired WA Ballet Principals, Fiona Evans, Sergey Pevnev and Sarah Hepburn; and Denis Veginiy, from Semperoper Ballett in Dresden, Germany.

Miss Tianna has completed up to Advanced 2 in her RAD Ballet Exams, earning her the title of Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD), and is a registered RAD ballet teacher, having completed her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies in 2021.
She is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor, and qualified Personal Trainer, after completing her Certificate III & IV in Fitness in 2018.
More recently, she became a certified Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat and Strength Development Instructor; and successfully passed her Mat Pilates certification with Barre Body.

Miss Tianna's passion for dance, and love for the country, is what inspired her to found En Pointe.
Her desire to provide professional training to regional children, in a fun and enjoyable environment, is what has moulded the Academy to what it is today.
